We offer full site and office based support to Facilities Managers including plant and system condition reports, replacement plans, preparation of PPM tender documentation and PPM schemes, and ongoing management of PPM schemes.

Our experience in this field includes preparation of tender documentation, PPM schemes, and condition reports for British Gas headquarters buildings in London.  We currently manage the maintenance activities in twenty two buildings for the Honourable Society of Middle Temple, London.
