– Reconfiguration and refurbishment of 93,900 sq. ft building to provide high-quality office space, atriums, and fully fitted laboratory accommodation, split across two floors. 

Major alterations including the addition of a mezzanine floor, and upgraded lifts, toilet cores and reception areas. 

– Research space designed with multiple tenants in mind and has a flexible floorplate to allow for various zoning configurations. 

– Installation of a standby generator, and photovoltaic panels to contribute to the targeted BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. 

– Also benefits from a high-tech IT installation, including a CCTV system, video intercom, and access control system, scheme achieved ‘Gold’ WiredScore.
